- Related to hours in the pre-clerkship curriculum (element 8.8 and 6.3), how would the LCME suggest accounting for outside contact hours? Should pre-work for small group, asynchronous video/lectures, and other required pre-work be part of the # of hours/week of contact time? Is there a maximum # of hours (both in class and outside of class)per week the LCME is looking for?
